Bin Ninja (a trading name of Squeaky Ninjas Ltd, High Wycombe) uses the details you give us only to provide and manage your bin cleaning.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, address and postcode, collection day and any notes you add.

How we use it

To confirm and schedule your cleans, text you when a clean is done, take payment and answer your questions. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Booking forms are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form processing service. We keep customer records for as long as you use the service and for up to six years afterwards for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@binninja.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
