Terms
Last updated: October 2026
Bin Ninja is a trading name of Squeaky Ninjas Ltd, based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. These terms apply when you book wheelie bin cleaning with us.
Prices
4-weekly cleaning is £5 for the first bin and £4 for each additional bin per visit cycle. One-off cleans are £12 for the first bin and £6 for each additional bin. Food caddies are cleaned free with any booking. Prices for communal and commercial bins are quoted separately.
When we clean
We clean bins on or after your collection day, once they have been emptied. Bins must be accessible from the kerb or the location given in your booking notes. If a bin has not been emptied, is inaccessible, or cannot be cleaned safely (for example in freezing conditions), we will skip it and clean it on the next visit at no charge.
Payment
You pay after each clean, by payment link or bank transfer, within 7 days of the clean.
Cancelling
There is no contract or minimum term. You can pause or cancel at any time by text, phone or email. We may stop the service if payments are not made.
Damage
We take care with your bins and property and are fully insured. Please tell us within 48 hours if you have a concern about a clean. We are not responsible for bins that are already damaged or worn.
